Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may initiate a return request upon delivery
Returns and Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Original tags and labels must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and pickup details
- Items will be inspected upon receipt
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item
- We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Size exchanges available within 7 days
- Customer bears return shipping cost for exchanges
