Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Contact us immediately at cm@c4e.in

After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may initiate a return request upon delivery

Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Original tags and labels must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide return instructions and pickup details
  • Items will be inspected upon receipt

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Size exchanges available within 7 days
  • Customer bears return shipping cost for exchanges
